Bulkington Charity Event (with The Wurzels!)

Devizes Round Table organise this Charity fundraiser which is headlined by the Wurzels, and we are playing in support. Ooh Aar!

Ashcott Beer Festival

Glastonbury Festival Pilton

We are playing wo stages at Glastonbury so far. We are playing the Yurt Field stage on Wednesday 26th at 9:00pm if you are lucky enough to be staying there(!), and we are playing the Avalon Cafe Stage at 11:30 on Thursday and 12:30 on Saturday. We are waiting to hear when we might be playing at the Bandstand 
 

  
 

Collett Park Festival

The good people of Shepton Mallett have asked us back to their Collett Park Festival this year. This is a fantastic day in a lovely park. Lots to see and do, and all free, and we have been asked to be a headline act (if you exclude the Air Ambulance helicopter!!)!

Sunrise Festival

We have just confirmed our place at the Sunrise this year. We are playing from about 7:00pm on Saturday 1st June on the Spit N Sawdust Stage in the Shire Arena (formerly known as the Village Green). We had great fun here last year, although it was a little muddy! They have a new site this year and we are really looking forward to playing (thanks Vicki). www.sunrisefestivals.co.uk

One right on our doorstep! There is lots going on during the day, but in the evening we are supporting the Mangled Wurzels!
 
  

 

Bruton Packhorse Fair

The Packhorse Fair is held in the Saxon town of Bruton, on the Lower Backway  alongside the River Brue. It’s a great day out for the whole family, with live music throughout the  day, great food, bars, farmers’ market, and a huge variety of stalls. We are playing at 11:30am

Bath International Music Festival

We have been invited to play a concert as part of the Bath Intl Music Festival. We will be playing at Midsomer Norton Library (119 High Street, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2DA) from 6:30 to 7:30 and we are on with a Bristol acoustic band "Cook and the Case"

Seend Beer Festival

We seem to be as popular as the Wild Blonde and Spanked Monkey (they are beers honest!) so the good folk of Seend have asked us back to their Beer festival. Lots of good beer, cider and food (we have to take the parents word on the beer :{D)

Halsway Hothouse Festival

Moore Moss Rutter, Barrule, Sam Brookes, Hotfeet, The Teacups, The Ballina Whalers, Kitty McFarlane, Ceilidh-Jo Rowe, The Drystones and Halsway Hothouse Silent Disco! 
Created by young people for young people, Hothouse is the second Youth Folk Festival to take place at Halsway Manor. Look forward to more great emerging folk artists performing alongside more established folk talents. The one-day, one-night festival will
have a mainstage, open mic, Ceilidh dancing, dance workshops and the Halsway Hothouse Silent Disco!

Bath Literature Festival

We have been invited to play at the Bath Literature Festival. I know, it sounds a bit funny, but they are celbrating the The New Penguin Book of English Folk Songs, edited by Steve Roud and
Julia Bishop. Various bands are doing their own interpretation of a tune from the book. We are playing at 4:30 in the Guildhall Bath

Air Ambulance Charity Gig

At the Tramways Club in Wells http://tramwaysclub.co.uk/ Four acts from the Wells Blue School have got together to raise money for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance Service http://www.dsairambulance.org.uk/?mo=12&yr=2012.
